BOOKING POLICY

There is a minimum of a 3 night stay.

The accommodation is only for the persons named on the booking form. The total number in your party must not exceed 2.

 

DEPOSIT

A deposit of £100 is required to secure all bookings with a balance of the rental due 1 calendar month before the letting begins. Non payment by the required date will be treated as a cancellation.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment by bank transfer.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Changes and cancellations to bookings made 28 days prior to arrival are without charge, thereafter the total value of the booking may be charged.

 

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in time 16.00-21.00

Check out time 12.00 noon (please contact us if an earlier or later check is required).

 

SMOKING POLICY

This is a non smoking property.

 

PETS

We regret we are unable to accommodate guest’s pets.

 

CHILDREN

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children.
